If you want to stop paying school fees to a child or children you are supporting, all you need to do is send an email to info@ofiriha.org with STOP – rebilling as the subject. In this regard we need your full names, and the names of the child/ children you are supporting. This policy is also applicable to charity a donation which gives a donor a right to re- claim their money if such an individual, a company, foundation has donated in error. See our Refund Policy.

Security:

All credit card transactions conducted on this site are routed through a secure server. The secure server can send and receive private information across the public Internet by encrypting it .Although this site uses encryption software in areas where online payment details are accepted, the security of information and payments transmitted via internet cannot be guaranteed

Any loss incurred by you when transmitting information by means of e -mail or other internet links shall be borne solely and exclusively by you and in no ever shall any such loss in whole or part be borne by Hope Ofiriha.

Hope Ofiriha collects the following information through our secure online donations: name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and credit card information. This personally identifiable information is used to acknowledge receipt of your donation for tax purposes. When you make a charity a donation to one of our project activities or sponsor a child you will get an e –mail confirming your donation is received.

Refund Policy

We operate a refund policy. If by chance you should donate in error, please inform us at info@ofiriha.org within seven days so that a refund can be made to your bank account via bank transfers. You will be charged transfer fees deductible from the amount you are claiming.

You will need to provide in full the details of your transactions and show a copy of the “digital receipt” e-mailed to you at the time of donating.

Cancellation Policy:

Euro 29 monthly school fees are non-refundable upon receipt of donation.
Euro 87 quarterly school fees only Euro 25 is refundable upon receipt of donation.
Euro 348 annually school fees only 50% is refundable upon receipt of donation.

With charity donations only 50% are refundable.

Other Fees:

Remittance fees will be deducted from your claimed amount, and these charges are set by the bank, or any “Money transfer Agencies” which Hope Ofiriha has no control.
