GlobalGiving launched in the USA in order to connect people living in the USA with grassroot projects like ours all over the world. Donations from USA taxpayers also give Hope Ofiriha an extra benefit through a scheme called tax deductible in which donations made by USA taxpayers provide an additional 28% for the charity they are supporting.

Hope Ofiriha will be competing to raise at least $4000 from 50 donors to earn a permanent spot on the GlobalGiving. If Hope Ofiriha wins a permanent spot it can list as many projects as it needs on the GlobalGiving site with higher budgets.

Hope Ofiriha is sponsoring and working in partnership with Chooseaneed on a special project- the Onura Primary School Building Project in southern Sudan.
